Harrison Ford is still truckin' and the dynamic duo Steven Spielberg and George Lucas are at it again with Indiana Jones and the Kingdom of the Crystal Skull. I'll admit, I haven't seen the movie but I've nabbed the Indiana Jones raider's march theme before and the while Kingdom of the Crystal Skull is new, the Raider's March ringtone is cool as ever.
The Superman ringtone is an awesome one with it's natural crescendo, the quality is pretty good and you should be able to side load the mp3 ringtone file to your cell phone or mobile device.
Take a stroll down memory lane with the Cleavers, specifically with the Leave It To Beaver mp3 ringtone. The classic TV show, Leave It To Beaver, portrays the Cleavers as the quintessential 1950's 'All-American Family' that spread whole ton of 'feel-good' across the US.
The latest Kill Bill Ringtone is from the classic television show, Ironside or rather The Man Called Ironside. The free mp3 ringtone is an excerpt of the Quincy Jones composed main theme. The Ironside ringtone hits you hard with some whacky horns, it does however simmer down to a nice crescendo but why go there? We want to grab people's attention with our ringtones, right? So Quincy Jones composed this sweet track which is now our Kill Bill ringtone.
What kept us all in awe was Mark Snow's crack at the X-Files' main theme (converted into the X-File ringtone), which is called Materia Primoris. Materia Primoris is just latin for top matter or in my interpretation of utmost concern. Download the X-File ringtone in mp3 format for free.
Kill Bill ringtones rock, you need to download em on your iPhone or mobile device, whatever...the Woo Hoo ringtone is FREE, about 25 seconds long, and picks up at the guitar riff with a full measure on its own and then the vocals kick in. Go download the Kill Bill ringtone now.
The communication between the scientists and the mothership turns out to be an awesome ringtone, the Close Encounters of the Third Kind ringtone! The entire movie score was composed and arranged by John Williams and this track is actually called "Wild Signals" and the ringtone skips the iniatial build up, cuts to the chase so that it makes for a proper ringtone.
It's not often you run through your list of mp3 ringtones and find a classic. I seem to everytime, first with the Star Trek ringtone but now with the main theme from the hit television show Batman! The Batman ringtone is free to download and is the original score Neal Hefti composed and performed with his orchestra. To this day the Batman theme blows me away in its simple yet unique way.
Wow, I got lucky, went out to FYE and found Star Trek Volume 3 on CD and used! Guess what was on that sucker? Yes, the 50 second version of the Star Trek main theme from the classic science fiction series with William Shatner and Leonard Nimoy to name a few.
Selecting ringtones is difficult enough at it is, so we thought we'd reach into the past and nab the opening of Chariots of Fire, composed by new-age artist Vangelis. Yeah, we know, it's showing our age, eh? Give it a chance though, it's such a cool track, it's chill and trancy in a retro sort of way.
